Bench Rental

Create your neon at Lightwriters!

Workbenches are available for rent by the hour at $30 per hour. Bombarding and repairs are available on-site at an additional charge. Each bench includes basic tools for making neon. Renters are required to supply their own safety glasses, blowhose, and glass. Glass and electrodes are available for purchase on-site. 

Skills and Safety

Bench renters must complete one of our Level One classes, or a short written exam detailing your prior neon experience. Each renter must also sign our electronic waiver and participate in a (free) 30-minute safety orientation. Lighwriters will reach out for scheduling. 

Cancellation Policy

Bench rental appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled for free up to 24 hours before the appointment. Cancelations within 24 hours of the appointment will not be refunded.
